1. Object and field of application

These General Conditions of Sale (GTC) exclusively govern trade relations between Carplaygo and any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the website www.carplaygo.com.
Any order implies the full and whole acceptance of these GTCs, which prevail on all other conditions appearing in any other commercial document, unless express and written derogation from Carplaygo.

3. Products and services

CarplayGo specializes in the marketing of Carplay and Android Auto wireless Android boxes to modernize the multimedia interface of vehicles without replacement of the original screen.

Our range includes:

Plug & play boxes easy to install
USB adapters to go from wireless wire carplay
Solutions compatible with more than 220 models and 25 car brands

The products are presented with their essential characteristics, their price and their availability on the website. The photographs and descriptions are as faithful as possible but do not engage Carplaygo on possible small differences.
All our offers are valid within the limits of available stocks.

4. Price and payment terms

4.1 Price

The prices are expressed in euros (€) all taxes included (TTC), French VAT included.
For international orders, prices can be displayed in the local currency as an indication. The price invoiced will be that in force at the time of validation of the order.
CarplayGo reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the product will be invoiced on the basis of the price in force at the time of registering the order.

4.2 Delivery costs

Delivery is offered in mainland France, Belgium, Switzerland, Germany, Italy.

4.3 Payment means

Payments are accepted by:

Bank card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
Apple Pay
Google Pay
Bank transfer (in the event of refusal of payment by your bank)
All transactions are secured by an SSL (HTTPS) protocol and processed via bridges in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.

Payment is due immediately when ordering. Payment data is secure and is not kept by Carplaygo.

5. Order and validation

5.1 Order process

The validation of your order implies the full and unreserved acceptance of these GTCs.

The Customer is clearly informed of all the conditions of sale (price, deadlines, guarantees, etc.) before validation and payment of the order.

The control process includes the following steps:

Summary of the order
Customer identification and delivery address

Final validation and payment

5.2 Order confirmation

After validation of payment, you will receive an order confirmation by email with a single order number.

CarplayGo reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of:

Erroneous or incomplete information
Unresolved anterior dispute
Fraud suspicion
Out of stock

6. Delivery

6.1 Delivery zones

CarplayGo delivers mainly in mainland France and Belgium, Switzerland, Germany, Italy.

6.2 deadlines

These deadlines are given as an indication and may vary during high activity, strikes or exceptional weather conditions.

6.3 Delivery methods

The carriers used are specified when ordering (Colissimo, Chronopost, DHL, etc.). A follow -up number will be communicated to you as soon as the shipment is shipped.
The merchandise travel at the risk of the recipient. In the event of damage or loss, the customer must formulate his reservations with the carrier.

7. Guaranteed

7.1 Legal guarantees

All our products benefit from the legal guarantees in force:

Legal compliance guarantee (articles L.217-4 and following of the Consumer Code)
Guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code)

7.2 Carplaygo commercial guarantee

Our products benefit from a commercial guarantee of 2 years from the date of purchase, covering any malfunction, manufacturer or manufacturing defect problem.

This guarantee does not cover:

Normal product wear
Damage resulting from non -compliant use
Damage caused by incorrect installation
Damage resulting from negligence or accident

7.3 Implementation of the warranty

In the event of a problem, contact our after-sales service to service@carplaygo.com specifying your order number.
The defective product can be exchanged or reimbursed after return and verification. The return costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

8. Right of withdrawal

8.1 Legal deadline

In accordance with article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or to pay penalties.

8.2 Extended time carplaygo

In accordance with the legislation in force, you have a legal right to withdraw from 14 calendar days from receipt of the product, Without condition or justification, with Full reimbursement and at no cost.

Carplaygo extends this period to 45 days For a business, to provide you with additional flexibility. After the first 14 days, this extended right remains subject to the following conditions: unused, complete product, and prior diagnosis with our technical support.

8.3 Exercise methods

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must:

Indicate your order number and return pattern
Return the product under the conditions provided below

8.4 Return conditions

The product must be returned:

New, without trace of use
In its original packaging
Complete with all its accessories
Within 14 days of communication of your withdrawal decision

8.5 Return costs

The return costs are your responsibility. The return must be made via La Poste or Colissimo with a recommended follow -up.

8.6 Refund

The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt and verification of the returned product, by the same means of payment as that used for purchase.

9. Special return conditions

9.1 Products programmed

You have a 14 -day withdrawal right from receipt of your order, without having to justify a reason or to bear penalties.

Within this period, no costs (including deprogramming) will be applied.

After this period, if the product has been personalized (software programming specific to your vehicle), Technical costs of € 79 may be deducted from the reimbursement to cover deprogramming operations.

9.2 Promotion products

The articles benefiting from a discount remain eligible for the right of withdrawal, unless otherwise indicated in the product sheet in the product sheet, or in the event of a personalized product.

9.3 Personalized products

Products subject to a tailor-made configuration are not eligible for the right of withdrawal, in accordance with article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code.

10. Installation and partners

Carplaygo facilitates the installation of its products thanks to its network of garage partners. These agreements only aim to facilitate professional installation at competitive prices.
Carplaygo is not responsible for the service provided by the independent partners. Any complaint regarding the installation must be sent directly to the professional concerned.

11. Responsibility

11.1 Limitation of responsibility

Carplaygo's responsibility is limited to the amount of the order. Carplaygo cannot be held responsible for indirect, accessories or consecutive damage.

11.2 force majeure

Carplaygo cannot be held responsible in the event of non -performance of the contract due to a case of force majeure as defined by French jurisprudence.

11.3 Compatibility

It is the customer to ensure the compatibility of the product with their vehicle before purchase. Compatibility information is provided as an indication.

12. Personal data

CarplayGo undertakes to comply with the confidentiality of personal data collected in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).
The data collected is necessary for the processing of your order and the management of the commercial relationship. You have a right of access, rectification, opposition and deletion of your personal data.

13. Intellectual property

All the elements on the site www.carplaygo.com (texts, images, logos, videos, brands, etc.) are protected by intellectual property rights and belong to Carplaygo or its partners.
Any reproduction, representation, use or adaptation, in any form whatsoever, of all or part of these elements, without the prior written authorization of Carplaygo, is strictly prohibited.

15. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

15.1 Applicable law

These GTCs are subject to French law.

15.2 Competent jurisdiction

In the event of a dispute, and after attempted amicable resolution, the French courts will be solely competent.
For consumers residing in the European Union, the competent courts are those of the consumer's place of residence or the head office of Carplaygo.

16. General provisions

16.1 Partial nullity

If one or more stipulations of these GTCs are held for non -valid or declared such as in application of a law, a settlement or a final decision of a competent jurisdiction, the other stipulations will keep all their strength and their scope.

16.2 Non-renunciation

The fact for CarplayGo not to take advantage of any conditions at any time of these conditions cannot be interpreted as a renunciation of prevailing themselves from these same conditions.

16.3 Modification of GTC

Carplaygo reserves the right to modify these GTCs at any time. The applicable conditions are those in force on the date of the order.

17. Specific conditions related to the installation and equipment provided

Fragility of electronic modules : Carplaygo cannot be held responsible for damage or breakage caused on any electronic module or component of the vehicle during installation, whether it is carried out by the customer or by a third party.
Indicative installation time : The durations mentioned (for example "20 minutes") are communicated for a purely indicative basis and in no way constitute a contractual guarantee. They may vary significantly depending on the model and complexity of the vehicle.
Accessories and tools : Some kits may not include tools if they are deemed not necessary for installation.
Video support : Explanatory or tutorial videos are available on express request from our customer assistance. They are not systematically provided in the package.
