1. Carriers

We ship orders with carriers recognized for their reliability, including FedEx, UPS and DHL.
The choice of carrier depends on the destination country, the product type and logistical constraints.

Packages over €350 shipped by FedEx automatically benefit from enhanced shipping insurance.


2. Shipping and delivery times

  • Order preparation: 24 to 48 business hours after payment validation

  • Delivery times are 2 to 7 business days.

These times are indicative. In the event of high demand, a strike or exceptional conditions, delays may occur.


3. Areas served


Packages are shipped from France.

Areas served:

  • Metropolitan France

  • Belgium

  • Switzerland
  • Italy
  • Germany

4. Shipping costs

Delivery is free of charge.
No additional fees will be charged.


5. Delivery methods

The delivery method is automatically optimized according to your country, the contents of your order and the most efficient carrier.

No manual selection of the carrier is offered, in order to ensure speed and reliability.


6. Order tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including your tracking number.
You can track your package in real time via the carrier’s platform.

7. Insurance

Orders over €350 sent via FedEx benefit from enhanced insurance, covering loss or damage during transport.


8. Presented, refused, or unclaimed packages

In accordance with Article L216-4 of the French Consumer Code, the order is considered delivered and the seller’s obligation considered fulfilled as soon as the package:

  • has been presented at the customer’s address, or
  • has been made available at a pickup point, post office, or any other collection location.

Accordingly:

  • If the package has been presented or made available → Carplaygo’s obligation is fulfilled.
  • If the customer does not collect their package or refuses it without a legitimate reason related to transport damage → responsibility lies exclusively with the customer.

In accordance with Articles L216-4, L221-18 and L221-23 of the French Consumer Code:

Refusing or failing to collect a package without a legitimate reason does not constitute a withdrawal within the meaning of the law. In this case, the sale remains due and Carplaygo is not required to issue a refund.

Reshipment remains possible; however:

  • the reshipping fees;
  • any return fees;
  • as well as any applicable import/export taxes

are entirely borne by the customer.


9. Delays

Carplaygo cannot be held responsible for delays due to:

  • Logistical disruptions (strikes, customs, weather, etc.)

  • Carrier delays

In 100% of cases, we actively support you until the package is properly received.
