On some Audi vehicle models, the installation of the module must be connected at the Gateway connector, unlike many competing modules and some installations shown in videos on the internet. This connection ensures more stable communication with the vehicle and helps avoid potential error messages on the dashboard.
The location of this Gateway connector may vary depending on the vehicle model and equipment. We are therefore unable to guarantee its exact location, but in the majority of cases, it is located behind the glove box on the passenger side.
When this configuration is required, the appropriate kit is automatically prepared and sent with the order to ensure compatibility and avoid this type of problem.
