This note applies only to Aston Martin models produced before 2014. Some models produced later may also be affected. Vehicles with the retractable screen.

For these versions, custom preparation and programming work is carried out as soon as the order is placed.

• No returns or cancellations will be possible once the order has been placed, in accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code (goods made according to the customer's specifications).
• A CarPlayGo technician will contact you within 1 to 2 weeks after the order to confirm certain technical information required for manufacturing the product.
  
  This step involves partial disassembly of the vehicle and opening a wiring harness in order to check the wire colors.
• Installation should preferably be carried out by a qualified professional, due to the complexity of the fitting and the risk of damage to the vehicle.
• Installation requires advanced technical and electrical knowledge.
  Installation of a new control knob.
• No installation video or manual is provided, as the procedure may vary depending on the vehicle configuration.
• WhatsApp support not available for this product.
